But there are also other groundbreaking books, beginning with the award-winning Mass Customization: The New Frontier in Business Competition, followed by Authenticity: What Consumers Really Want and Infinite Possibility: Creating Customer Value on the Digital Frontier. 👉 As a regular keynote speaker at high profile events, Joe has addressed the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, the original TED conference in California, South by Southwest in Austin, Texas, and the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. 👉Academically, he has been a Visiting Scholar with the MIT Design Lab, a Visiting Professor at the University of Amsterdam, and a Lecturer in Columbia University’s Master’s Program in Technology Management.
