As an expert in neuroscience and behavioural psychology Katherine brings a wealth of experience in driving connection and positive behaviour change.

She is co-founder of a female-led and experiential neuroaesthetics studio, Kinda Studios, and is the chief science officer on the world's largest experiment in uncertainty, The Uncertainty Experts.

Katherine inspires personal and social change through an interdisciplinary understanding of our brains, bodies and everything in between that makes us tick. With an interest in what makes a transformative experience, she translates neuroscience out of the labs and into the real world, creating tangible tools that can help us forge greater connections with ourselves, others and the world around us.

Katherine has worked extensively in the automotive industry, running future-facing wellbeing campaigns for Bentley, Nissan, Kia and  Mercedez as well as working directly with sales teams on building trust and connection with high-end brands including Chanel, Cartier, Harvey Nichols, and Penhaligons.

As an expert in connection and communication, she has been helping leadership teams from the likes of Nike, Netflix, Accenture, Yum, Nestle and Lego navigate through this turbulent time. She has recently led global leadership workshops for Lego and Apple and delivered keynotes most recently for Nestle, Yum, Elvie, Apple, TPX, Diageo, What If, Media Arts Lab and Nike, and has been seen at festivals from CogX to Business Psychology and the Royal Society. 

She is published in several academic journals, including CIPD and her science journalism spans from VICE to the Huffington Post. She regularly appears as an expert across media ranging from the BBC and Sky News to Radio 4 She is the writer and co host of an Audible US podcast on neuroscience and wellbeing to be released in March 2024 and her first book, on Uncertainty and the Brain is due to be published in 2024
